These are stickers and stationery first offered in Patreon/Ko-fi's mail club tier, without the other extras. Each set includes two vinyl stickers (effect is listed in the drop down), two pages of stationery and free shipping.

If ordered on their own, they'll be sent via snail mail, with the stationery pages folded in two. The stickers are about 2.3" wide, and the stationery pages 7" tall.
